We're currently seeking a motivated Refrigeration Apprentice to join our team. You don't need experience, just the right attitude, a willingness to learn and the drive to see it through. As part of our team you'll work alongside experienced tradespeople, building the skills to set you up for a genuine trade career.

The Role

As a Refrigeration Apprentice, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Assisting with installation, maintenance and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems
• Learning to bend, cut and join pipe
• Working across roofs, new and existing homes, and commercial buildings
• Following site safety procedures and learning HAE's OHS policies
• Attending TAFE/training as part of your apprenticeship
• Communicating professionally with clients and team members

What we're looking for:

• A genuine interest in a refrigeration/HVAC trade career
• Willingness to attend TAFE and complete your apprenticeship
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
• Driver's licence (or working towards one)
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working at heights and in varied conditions
