What they need
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on chillers, compressors, and cooling towers.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in refrigeration systems and replace defective parts.
- Monitor, test, and safely recharge refrigerant gases while checking for system leaks.
- Ensure precise temperature control and optimal efficiency of all cooling units.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of steady experience maintaining industrial HVAC systems, chillers, or cold storage units.
- Technical diploma or specialized vocational training in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC).
- Good understanding of refrigerant handling, leak detection, compressor troubleshooting, and basic electrical controls.
- Dependable troubleshooter ready to support continuous plant cooling needs, including shifts and overtime.
