Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Maintenance Engineer based within the M25

This is a great opportunity for an engineer who enjoys a varied role, meeting customers, working independently and being part of a supportive team.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for keeping customers' refrigeration and air conditioning equipment operating efficiently, safely and reliably.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Carrying out planned maintenance and servicing of refrigeration and/or air conditioning equipment
• Cleaning and maintaining filters and associated equipment
• Identifying faults, issues and potential problems before they become major breakdowns
• Reporting any equipment requiring further engineering attention to the office
• Carrying out routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Advising customers on any issues identified during visits
• Building strong relationships with customers through professional, friendly service
• Working independently while remaining part of a close-knit engineering team
• Completing service reports and job documentation accurately

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an engineer with a genuine refrigeration maintenance background who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of customer service.

Essential:

• F-Gas qualification or equivalent
• Previous experience in refrigeration and/or air conditioning
• Full UK driving licence
• Good communication and customer-facing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• A professional approach and good attention to detail
