REFRIGERATION SERVICE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Market Refrigeration Inc. in Palm Bay, FL is looking for an experienced, motivated Sales Representative to bring in new business for our commercial refrigeration repair and service company. This position is Service Sales only — No Equipment or Product sales.

Responsibilities:

• Visit and prospect local stores and businesses that use commercial refrigeration.
• Build relationships with store owners, managers, and maintenance managers.
• Generate new customers for service and repair.
• Sell preventive maintenance and ongoing service programs.
• Identify businesses that need reliable refrigeration service and turn them into long-term customers.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business-to-Business sales, outside sales, or service sales.
• Experience selling HVAC, refrigeration, electrical or other commercial services is a plus.
• Comfortable walking into businesses to introduce our services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and okay with working independently.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by commission and results.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
