Refrigeration Systems Assembler — Blueprint-Driven Production

What you’ll work on

• Assemble HVAC and refrigeration systems, subassemblies, and components
• Solder copper tubing to spec
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to build to standard
• Troubleshoot/diagnose defects in components and equipment
• Calibrate and maintain test/production equipment
• Document build procedures for repeatability and quality

Schedule

Day shift only, no weekends required.

• Mon–Thu: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Fri: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Optional OT Saturdays, 6–10 AM

Compensation boost

Signing Bonus: $1,000 total — paid in $250 installments at your 3-month, 6-month, 9-month, and 1-year anniversaries.

Must-haves

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude and independence
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specs (English)
• Reliable, punctual, and floor-ready at 6:00 AM
• Bonus: Copper soldering experience
• Bonus: EPA 608 Certification
