Ghost Repairs is a growing commercial kitchen equipment service company serving Central and South Florida. We specialize in commercial refrigeration, hot-side cooking equipment, ice machines, HVAC, installations, and preventive maintenance.

We started as a small operation in 2021 and have grown into a team servicing restaurants, commercial kitchens, universities, and foodservice facilities throughout Florida.

The Opportunity

We're looking for experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technicians to join our growing team.

Our technicians work on a wide variety of equipment, from walk-in coolers and freezers to ice machines, reach-ins, prep tables, and other commercial refrigeration systems.

Experience with commercial cooking equipment such as fryers, ovens, griddles, steamers, and gas equipment is a big plus.

We're looking for technicians who can troubleshoot independently, communicate professionally with customers, and take pride in their work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration equipment.

• Service walk-in coolers and freezers, reach-ins, prep tables, ice machines, and other refrigeration systems.

• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.

• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system failures.

• Complete accurate service reports and document repairs.

• Communicate with customers regarding equipment issues and repair recommendations.

• Work independently while having support from our operations team.

• Service commercial hot-side cooking equipment when experienced and qualified.

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on commercial refrigeration service experience required.

• Strong troubleshooting and electrical diagnostic skills.

• Experience working with refrigerant systems, compressors, controls, and related components.

• EPA certification preferred.

• Commercial kitchen equipment repair experience is a plus.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

• Ability to manage service calls independently.

• Professional attitude, dependability, and good communication skills.
