What they need
Requirements:
* Technical Certificate or Diploma in Refrigeration / HVAC.
* Minimum 3–4 years of Facility Management experience – mandatory.
* Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems, HVAC, and chillers .
* Experience in compressors, motors, controls, and electrical troubleshooting .
* Knowledge of refrigerant leak detection, charging, handling, and safety procedures .
* Able to perform preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and routine inspections
* Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical faults.
* Immediate joiners preferred.
