Refrigeration Technician - Service

Metrocool Group, located in Werribee and Bellarine, is a highly respected long-established Refrigeration & Air conditioning services business. We service, maintain, and install refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment for commercial, industrial, and domestic industries across Melbourne’s greater metropolitan areas.

We are currently seeking a Refrigeration Technician (Service)

• Servicing, breakdown repairs and maintenance of commercial, Industrial & domestic refrigeration & air-conditioning systems
• Installation and commissioning of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.
• Diagnosing faults, repair, service and preventative maintenance & installation of various types of air conditioners, cool rooms and commercial fridges / freezers.
• Diagnosing, Repairing and servicing VRF/VRV systems of all brand types.
• Diagnosing, Repairing and servicing package unit systems

About you - Essential requirements…

• Trade Qualifications, Certificate III Refrigeration
• BPC/VBA registered
• Refrigerant Handling License
• White Card
• Current Driver's License,
• Working With Children’s Check
• Experience with HVAC and Refrigeration systems

Other

• VRF/VRV experience (desirable)
• Team player and able to liaise professionally with other trades / suppliers / customers and co-workers
• Clear verbal & written communication skills
• Good work ethic, reliable and pride in your workmanship
