Role overview:

In this role you will be delivering tourist tax-free shopping refund services and first-level support during transaction processes, providing a consistent and professional level of service in line with company policies and procedures. The role is fully on-site at Oslo Gardermoen Airport. and it's a permanent, part-time (50% FTE – minimum 18.75 hours per week)

Working pattern

• Typically 2–3 working days per week, on shifts between 08:00 and 17:00
• The airport operates 7 days a week, so the schedule will regularly include weekend days
• Regular opportunities for additional hours and overtime (e.g., covering holidays and absences)
• You'll join a small, friendly team of three, led by our local supervisor

What you will do

• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Planet's standards of excellence
• Provide a warm welcome and guide guests through their visit
• Assist customers by explaining procedures, answering questions, and anticipating needs
• Ensure VIP customers receive a tailored and outstanding experience
• Resolve conflicts professionally, always aiming for customer satisfaction
• Process Planet Tax Free forms in compliance with local regulations and company guidelines
• Provide customers with relevant information and support throughout the refund process

Who you are

• A minimum of 1 year working experience in a comparable industry (finance, hospitality, luxury retail); experience of shift work, ideally at an airport or in a customer-facing setting such as luxury retail or hotel reception, is a strong plus
• Self-reliance, ability to work independently and follow relevant procedures
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Available to work weekends as part of a rotating schedule
• Able to pass the mandatory airport security screening, which requires a verifiable employment and/or study history
