What they need
About the role
You will be part of the Finance AR Team, focusing on account cleanups / reconciliation such as Settlements, Matching, Refunds, Credit Memos, Sales Invoice and raising a flag where unusual data is noticed.
Key responsibilities
- Process and post invoices, Sales Invoice, credit notes, payments and customer refunds in a timely and accurate manner
- Complete and accurate Accounts Reconciliations
- Work on Jira tickets on a daily basis to meet internal service level agreements
- Raise and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the AR Leads and Managers
About you
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
