Refurbished Product Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields

• Min. 7 years of experience in technology retail

• 3-5 years of category management / procurement experience

• Preferably having an experience in Business Development

• Fluency in both written and spoken English

• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications

• Good reporting and presentation skills

• Able to manage time and adapt to short deadlines

• Customer oriented

• Supporting open communication and feedback culture

• Open to change and innovation

Job Description:

• Execution of tasks related to the management of refurbished devices & buyback services and refurbished device sales processes

• Targeting, reporting and managing campaign processes within the scope of buyback services. Ensuring necessary actions are taken in stores

• Ensuring that the customer has the best in-store experience in buyback processes and refurbished device sales. Implementation of relevant strategies and actions within this scope in a complete and timely manner in stores

• Following up on continuous improvement activities to reduce customer waiting times in refurbished device return and online & offline buyback processes. Reporting to the manager within the scope of developments on a monthly basis at the business partner process meetings

• Managing reconciliation processes within the scope of refurbished device & buyback services, organizing correction activities by obtaining explanations from relevant stores in case of differences

• To develop business partner relationships in line with our business development strategy

• Carrying out purchasing processes for the relevant product category

• Monitoring and analyzing the competition and focusing on areas for improvement

• Following market trends closely and taking necessary actions regarding new product trends. Pricing, competition, sales targets, etc. Managing daily decisions, negotiations and actions on issues

• Taking an active role in campaign management. Managing the relevant category budget (Sales, purchasing, stock, total income)

• Taking full responsibility for business KPIs (sales, inventory, profitability, availability, etc.)

• Ensuring availability in accordance with sales & stock budget. Conducting and presenting the necessary analyzes and taking timely action

• Making the necessary preparations for relevant meetings on time

• Execution global coordination and make presentations on issues related to Trade-in and Refurbished devices
