Regenerative Doctor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regenerative Doctor to join our dynamic team at THE SB CLINIC CORP' in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a Regenerative Doctor, you will play a vital role in providing cutting-edge, holistic healthcare solutions to our diverse patient base. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of the regenerative medicine field.

What you'll be doing

a.      Patient Consultation & Assessment

·         Conduct comprehensive medical and aesthetic consultations.

·         Review medical history, lifestyle, medications, laboratory results, and patient goals.

·         Identify contraindications and determine patient suitability for treatment.

·         Develop personalized treatment and wellness plans.

b.      Regenerative & Longevity Medicine

·         Assess and manage patients for OWEN's regenerative and longevity programs.

·         Provide or supervise approved regenerative, IV nutrients drip, hair restoration, and other advanced wellness treatments.

·         Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when medically necessary.

c.       Men’s & Women’s Health & Preventive Wellness

·         Assess concerns related to energy, metabolic health, weight and body composition, hormonal and sexual wellness, hair health, sleep, recovery, and healthy aging.

·         Request and interpret appropriate laboratory tests and develop personalized wellness and longevity plans.

·         Provide appropriate treatment and ongoing monitoring.

d.     Medical Weight Management

·         Assess patients for medically supervised weight-management programs.

·         Prescribe appropriate treatment when medically indicated.

·         Monitor weight, body composition, laboratory results, treatment response, and side effects.

·         Provide lifestyle, nutrition, and long-term maintenance guidance.

e.      Aesthetic Medicine

·         Conduct face, skin, hair, and body assessments.

·         Perform approved non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as injectables, skin boosters, regenerative treatments, lasers, HIFU, MCT, Exosomes, and other energy-based treatments within the Physician's training and scope.

·         Develop combination treatment plans based on the patient's needs and goals.

f.        Patient Follow-Up & Safety

·         Monitor treatment outcomes and patient progress.

·         Manage adverse reactions and complications within professional scope.

·         Provide appropriate pre- and post-treatment instructions.

·         Ensure proper informed consent and realistic patient expectations.

g.      Clinical Documentation & Compliance

·         Maintain complete and accurate medical records, prescriptions, treatment notes, consent forms, and follow-up documentation.

·         Follow OWEN clinical protocols, infection-control standards, confidentiality requirements, and applicable healthcare regulations.

h.      Patient Education & Treatment Planning

·         Clearly explain recommended treatments, benefits, risks, alternatives, downtime, treatment frequency, and maintenance.

·         Recommend appropriate treatments and products based on medical assessment.

·         Support patient retention and treatment conversion without compromising medical ethics or patient safety.

i.        Research & Protocol Development

·         Assist in developing and improving OWEN's clinical protocols.

·         Participate in research, case discussions, and evaluation of new treatments, technologies, products, and medical programs.

·         Keep updated with developments in regenerative, longevity, wellness, and aesthetic medicine.

j.        Training & Team Collaboration

·         Work closely with the Medical Director, nurses, consultants, Operations, and other clinic personnel.

·         Assist in training staff regarding treatments, contraindications, patient screening, aftercare, and proper patient communication.

k.      Brand Representation

·         Maintain professional grooming, medical attire, communication, and conduct.

·         Represent OWEN professionally during clinic operations, events, trainings, educational content, and other approved activities.

·         Practice and embody the principles of health, wellness, longevity, and self-care that OWEN promotes, serving as a positive example to patients and the team.

l.        Continuous Professional Development

·         Participate in required local and international trainings, workshops, conferences, and continuing medical education relevant to the Physician's role.

m.   Marketing Initiatives & Other Duties

·         Participate in OWEN’s approved marketing campaigns, events, educational content, social media activities, and other brand initiatives as required.

·         Perform other duties and responsibilities that may arise from time to time, provided they are reasonably related to the Physician’s role, qualifications, and OWEN’s operational needs.

What we're looking for

• A medical degree and a valid license to practice medicine in the Philippines
• Specialization or extensive experience in regenerative medicine, including advanced training in stem cell therapy, PRP, and other cutting-edge techniques
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in regenerative medicine practice
• Excellent clinical skills and the ability to provide personalized, empathetic patient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• A passion for staying at the forefront of medical innovations and a commitment to continuous professional development
• Enthusiasm for contributing to the growth and success of our clinic through research, education, and community engagement
• Board certification in a regenerative medicine specialty is preferred but not required
