Regional Assistant Manager

Position: Regional Assistant Manager ( Maharashtra / Gujarat )

Specific Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage the team to achieve business and revenue targets.

• Drive Private Client Acquisition with a target ticket size of 20 Lakhs.

• Advise clients based on market intelligence and research reports.

• Generate revenue through Equity Broking and cross-selling Third-Party Products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIFs.

• Handle client queries and complaints and ensure timely resolution within TAT.

• Apply strong market knowledge and advanced strategies to increase book size and revenue.

• Monitor and enhance advisory and trading skills through call tracking, weekly target meetings, and conference calls.

• Coordinate with Third-Party Product Manufacturers and other stakeholders.

• Ensure a high level of customer service by providing effective advisory and timely operational support.

Experience:

• 58+ years of experience in stockbroking, securities, or financial services.

• Prior experience in branch or regional operations preferred.

• Experience in managing multi-branch performance will be an advantage.
