Regional Bar Manager

THE LODGE TAVERNS IS LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDTATE TO FULFILL A REGIONAL POSITION. THIS INDIVIDUAL MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YRS LOCAL GAMING EXPERIENCE. MUST HAVE PRIOR MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE. MUST ENJOY BEING FRONT OF HOUSE AS THIS POSTION INCLUDES WORKING BAR SHIFTS.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Hiring, scheduling, staff training, liquor inventory, read and analyze daily, monthly and yearly financial reports, develop gaming strategies, and create a great environment for both guests and employees. OVERSEE entire taverns front and back of house. MUST BE ABLE TO BARTEND.
