Regional BD Manager (Freight Forwarding)

Our Client:

• 5 Days, Office Hours

• UP $13,000 Basic + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Grow regional sales and profit by finding new customers and developing opportunities across key markets and industries

• Build strong relationships with regional and multinational customers and grow existing accounts

• Lead regional RFQs, tenders, and sales opportunities across multiple countries.

• Work closely with country sales teams to win new business and ensure smooth execution of regional opportunities

• Manage the regional sales pipeline, update CRM records, and provide accurate sales forecasts

• Ensure pricing, margins, credit terms, and commercial processes follow company guidelines

• Keep track of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities

• Work with sales, operations, pricing, and customer service teams to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience across South Asia

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain / Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of business development / sales experience in contract logistics / freight forwarding
• Possess strong knowledge of ASEAN +India trade lanes, markets, and customer dynamics
