Drive refrigeration business growth across Asia by developing strategic partnerships, key accounts, and market opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze refrigeration and industrial market trends, customer requirements, and growth opportunities to develop a strong business pipeline.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to identify sales leads, penetrate strategic accounts, and expand market presence.
• Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including project owners, technology providers, engineering contractors, and other industry partners.
• Lead cross-functional teams in developing technical and commercial solutions aligned with key customer requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and technical stakeholders across targeted industries and accounts.
• Lead marketing and business development activities, including trade shows, seminars, customer presentations, and other industry engagement initiatives.
• Leverage the full product portfolio and application expertise to influence customer designs and technical specifications.
• Develop business plans for new and adjacent industrial markets, including chemicals, steel, air separation, oil and gas, hydrogen, and carbon capture applications.
• Apply consultative and value-based selling approaches to strengthen customer relationships and support sustainable business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, sales, application engineering, or a similar function within an international manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration, industrial cooling systems, and related applications.
• Proven ability to analyze industrial markets, identify emerging opportunities and projects, map key stakeholders, and penetrate targeted customer accounts.
• Strong market analysis, commercial judgment, and strategic business planning capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic solutions within complex, matrixed, and multi-industry environments.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex business and technical information.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across regional and global teams without direct reporting relationships.
• Strong relationship management, negotiation, networking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to develop and deliver persuasive technical and commercial presentations to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate multiple options in complex business situations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination capabilities.
• Proactive, resourceful, innovative, responsive, and results-oriented approach to business development.
• Ability to respond effectively and promptly to sensitive or time-critical business matters.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently, approximately 50% of the month.
