Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare reports and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders on overall merchant performance, identifying key trends and growth opportunities.
• Help track key performance indicators (KPIs), merchant program adoption, and program success metrics across the region.
• Define and standardize the methodology/definition for key metrics, providing clear analytical direction for local merchant management teams to focus on.

Strategy & Planning

• Diagnose merchant-related operational challenges (e.g. slow merchant preparation time) through data analysis and develop data-driven improvement plans.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to design and implement effective incentive and penalty policies to improve merchant behavior and performance (e.g., reducing merchant-induced cancellation rates, improving product listing quality).
• Benchmark ShopeeFood's operations processes against competitor platforms and continuously adapt or recommend new best practices for our merchant ecosystem.

Stakeholder Management & Alignment

• Coordinate with local and regional teams to align on project scope, details, and implementation plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen project management processes and share best practices

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performing organization. Experience in strategic consulting would be preferred.
• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)
• Strong project management skills and highly analytical, comfortable working with data.
• Strong logical thinking and problem solving abilities.
• Background in e-commerce or fast-paced tech start-ups is advantageous.
