Regional Cardiovascular Manager - West District

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Cardiovascular Manager - West District to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will lead a regional sales team focused on cardiovascular products and field execution across the West District. The position is responsible for driving business objectives, coaching team members, and partnering with scientific leaders to strengthen market presence in a highly specialized therapeutic area. It also plays a key role in building a collaborative, inclusive culture while ensuring strong operational discipline and customer engagement.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $173,200 – $272,600 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the regional cardiovascular lead team to exceed business objectives
• Recruit and develop a customer-centric, high-performing team
• Evaluate team performance and collaborate to support business success
• Provide coaching and training during customer interactions
• Promote inclusivity and foster a culture of psychological safety
• Engage with scientific leaders to amplify presence in the cardiovascular field
• Manage resources to ensure effective business operations and outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of sales experience, including team leadership
• Equivalent experience in healthcare or scientific fields, including pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical devices
• Strong presentation and communication skills for complex concepts
• Solid collaboration and prioritization skills
• Technologically proficient in tools such as MS Office
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for meetings
