Class-A Truck Driver - Home Once A Week

Job Type: Full-time

Take the next step in your trucking career with a regional driving position offering competitive pay and consistent opportunities. Applicants must have at least 6 months of driving experience to qualify and be ready to build on their skills while running regional routes.

Pay & Compensation

• Average pay: $1,400 - $1,600/week
• Estimated annual pay: $73,000 - $84,000
• CPM: 60¢ - 70¢ (based on experience)
• Stop pay: $10 per stop
• Average miles: 2,200 - 2,500 per week

Home Time

• Once a week
• 2 days at home after every 5 days on the road

Orientation

• One day long
• $300 paid with your first paycheck upon hire
• Transportation and hotel provided
• Includes an English proficiency test and driving skills assessment

Freight

• Run regional routes across the Central states, hauling 100% no-touch containerized freight. Enjoy consistent loads, steady miles, and year-round work opportunities that keep you moving on a reliable regional schedule.

Equipment

• Operate 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadiasand Kenworth T680s.
• All trucks feature automatic transmissions.
• Your assigned truck: Receive a truck assigned specifically to you.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
• Pick up and deliver freight on assigned regional routes
• Maintain professional communication with customers, dispatch, and team members
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
• Follow DOT, FMCSA, company, and safety regulations
• Communicate with dispatch about load status, delays, and delivery updates

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• Minimum of 6 months of Tractor & Trailer experience required
• Minimum age of 21 years old
• Valid DOT medical card
• Must pass DOT-required pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
• MVR that satisfies DOT and company safety requirements
• Must reside within 60 miles of Waxahachie, TX
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
