Regional Client Manager

• Manage and oversee multiple real estate, industrial, commercial, and interior fit-out projects across the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Act as the first level of escalation for clients after the Project Manager.
• Lead critical project review meetings and represent the organization in discussions with senior client representatives.
• Provide guidance and support to Project Managers and site teams on project execution, resources, quality, safety, schedule, and cost.
• Identify unresolved site-level issues and facilitate appropriate interventions and resolutions.
• Monitor overall project performance and ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in project management, client management, or related roles.

• Proven experience managing real estate, industrial, commercial, or interior fit-out projects.

• Strong technical understanding of construction project management, including:

• Civil

• MEP

• Interior Fit-Out

• Construction execution

• Project operations

• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.

• Strong experience in senior-level stakeholder and client management.

• Good understanding of contract administration, risk management, change management, and governance
