Regional Commercial Controller

Our partner, an international organization, is looking for a finance professional to join its regional commercial controlling team. The role contributes to planning, performance analysis and commercial decision support across multiple markets in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Support budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles across a portfolio of countries, including consolidation of market inputs
• Monitor commercial performance and prepare variance analysis and management commentary
• Support regional business partnering activities in collaboration with local finance teams
• Coordinate affiliate inputs and ensure alignment with group standards, timelines and reporting requirements
• Contribute to analysis of commercial costs and key operational spend areas
• Support reporting, planning and controlling process improvements, including data quality and efficiency initiatives
• Assist in the development of reporting tools and systems
• Prepare input for management reporting and decision-making materials

Required skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance or controlling roles
• Strong Excel and financial systems skills
• Solid understanding of planning and reporting processes
• Fluent English and Hungarian
