Regional Commissioning Engineer - Data Center

• Lead and manage commissioning activities across multiple projects from planning and design review through construction, start-up, testing, acceptance, and final handover.
• Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, schedules, and testing requirements in line with project specifications and timelines.
• Review project designs and technical documentation to ensure systems meet required performance, quality, safety, and industry standards.
• Coordinate commissioning activities across different project phases, including functional performance testing and integrated systems testing.
• Manage commissioning agents, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure commissioning activities are completed effectively and on schedule.
• Conduct site inspections, witness testing, verify system performance, and identify and resolve technical issues during commissioning.
• Work closely with project teams and clients
• Provide technical direction and support during project closeout, system handover, and transition to operational teams.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive commissioning documentation, test records, punch lists, and final commissioning reports.
• Ensure all commissioning activities comply with relevant safety requirements, project standards, and applicable industry regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commissioning, design management, project engineering, or related roles.

• Experience in data centre, mission-critical, or other highly critical facilities is preferred.

• Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure, mission-critical design concepts, commissioning processes, safety requirements, and relevant industry standards.

• Good technical knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical systems and their application within mission-critical environments.

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
