JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Regional Commissioning Manager to lead and support commissioning activities across multiple projects in the APAC region. This role works closely with on-site commissioning teams, delivery teams, Key Account Project Managers, and the Centre of Excellence (CoE) Lead to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with client expectations, technical standards, procedures, timelines, and commercial objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in MEP commissioning, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments while driving consistency and best practices across the region.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Training & Learning Development

·        Lead the development and execution of regional training strategies

·        Design and deliver structured training programs and competency frameworks

·        Identify capability gaps and drive targeted development initiatives

·        Partner with business leaders to align training with organisational needs

Commissioning CoE & Technical Excellence

·        Lead the Commissioning Centre of Excellence (CoE)

·        Establish and maintain commissioning standards, methodologies, and best practices

·        Ensure consistency and continuous improvement across the region

·        Provide subject matter expertise on commissioning excellence

Capability Building & Talent Development

·        Support talent development and succession planning

·        Coach and mentor employees to strengthen technical and functional capability

·        Promote a culture of continuous learning

Knowledge Management & Continuous Improvement

·        Maintain knowledge repository and drive knowledge sharing

·        Capture lessons learned and implemented improvement initiatives

Governance & Quality

·        Ensure alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements

·        Conduct periodic reviews to maintain quality and consistency

Stakeholder Collaboration

·        Collaborate with leadership, HR, and technical teams

·        Provide advisory support on training and capability development

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Knowledge

·        Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent

·        Strong understanding of commissioning processes and technical standards

·        Good command of both spoken / written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

·     Good knowledge in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Project

·        Relevant professional certifications (e.g. commissioning, MEP, or training-related) will be an advantage

Experience

·        Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in commissioning or technical environment

·        Experience in training, learning & development, or capability building

·        Regional exposure preferred
