Regional Coordinator

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with service providers, internal management, and customers to prepare, review, and obtain approval for quotations, as well as secure business confirmations for supply chain solutions and services
• Assist the Business Manager and Regional Manager in identifying, developing, and managing supply chain business opportunities and related initiatives
• Monitor and support customer accounts to ensure smooth operational execution, timely issue resolution, and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication, project implementation, and service delivery
• Prepare and maintain business reports, records, and documentation related to customer accounts, quotations, and operational activities
• Provide support for ad hoc assignments and special projects as requested by management
• Assist in tracking and monitoring COD collection status, coordinating with operations and finance teams to resolve discrepancies, ensure timely remittance, and maintain accurate reporting
