Regional Coordinator

• Coordinates and take charge of staff recruitment and selection processes in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff. Employs recruiters and develop incentive schemes for down-the-line agents based on successful hiring and retention skills
• Provides support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff
• Provides advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations
• Identifies training and development opportunities and organizes staff training sessions workshops and activities
• Monitors staff performance and attendance activities
• Assists and offers basic counselling to staff who have performance-related obstacles and gives advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions
• Gives information and assistance to staff on human resource and work-related issues
• Offers advice and assistance to staff and management on pay and benefits systems and take charge in implementation and monitoring of compensation and benefits of staff
• Assists in the employee and labor relation activities

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
