Data Management & Analysis

• Identify and define data sources, specifications, and models for analysis and reporting.

Dashboard & Reporting

• Develop and maintain analytics dashboards to track key business metrics.
• Create and enhance data visualization dashboards across Southeast Asia markets.
• Build and maintain user-friendly reporting frameworks.

Collaboration & Project Support

• Work with cross-functional teams (tech, marketing, operations) to meet project deliverables and timelines.
• Engage with vendors, local IT, and business users to ensure adoption of regional data standards.
• Support analytics initiatives and contribute to the execution of the data strategy.

Best Practices & Documentation

• Assist in establishing best practices for data analysis and reporting.
• Maintain and improve documentation for data sources, including data dictionaries and business glossaries.

Data Infrastructure & Quality

• Collaborate with vendor data engineers to support and improve data infrastructure.
• Validate and refine data structures, support data transformation, and enhance data quality and reliability.

Stakeholder Communication

• Present data findings with actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Manage, organize, and communicate insights effectively.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities requires

• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
• Proficiency in data analysis and querying languages (e.g. SQL, DAX, Phython, R or Scala )
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Willingness to travel if required
