Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Responsibilities:

• Configure and support KLA Reticle Decision Center (RDC) software applications in semiconductor manufacturing in close collaboration with customer engineering, and KLA engineering and marketing teams.
• Respond to customer requests and provide outstanding support with effective communication.
• Continuously improve the recipe used in our software and enhance the performance of our applications based on a solid understanding of the working principles.
• Communicate requirements on new product features, enhancements, and bug fixes clearly to engineering team, drive the product development processes, and strive to deliver high-qualify solutions to customer on time.
• Understand customer’s production workflow for KLA solutions to provide maximum value to customers. Identify gaps and challenges, and areas of further collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
