What they need
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Regional Director is responsible for leading and managing the business units of the region to achieve organizational excellence. He/She establishes the strategic directions of the region aligned to the company’s vision and mission. He/She leads the team to ensure the achievement of the region’s targets.
Specifically, the Regional Director is accountable and responsible for the
following functions:
Controlling costs to maximize revenue.
Creating and maintaining supplier and franchisee relationships
Developing a thorough understanding of company products as well
as competing products.
- Diagnosing problems with the running of the business and
formulating effective solutions.
- Works with department teams to select, evaluate, and approve
opportunities for growth in the market.
- Other functions as maybe assigned from time to time by the COO.
