Regional Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing the regional retail network

• Ensuring the high-quality operation of network stores in accordance with approved company standards

• Managing store staff and building an effective team

• Implementing and monitoring compliance with network operating standards

• Planning sales and monitoring plan execution

• Monitoring compliance with work discipline and tracking working hours

• Organizing and overseeing the timely and accurate tracking of inventory, supervising inventory counts, and analyzing inventory results

• Monitoring compliance with store sanitation standards in accordance with corporate requirements. Conducting inspections of retail units.

• Organizing the timely opening of new stores in accordance with the plan and established deadlines.

• Preparing and reviewing analytical reports.

• Submitting approved reports by established deadlines.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Proven experience in personnel management

• Willingness to travel

• Proficient computer user

• Valid driver’s license

• Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian – advanced level (required).
