Regional Director - Higher Education

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Director - Higher Education to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will lead sales efforts across the U.S. Higher Education market, with a focus on building team performance and driving strategic growth. The Regional Director will coach and develop the sales organization, ensuring strong territory planning and disciplined execution. This position will also partner closely with internal stakeholders to align resources, sales methodology, and AI-enabled approaches that support market success.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $168,000 – $240,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the U.S. Higher Education sales team
• Coach team members to achieve maximum sales performance
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the Higher Education market
• Assess and allocate resources effectively to maximize results
• Leverage AI-driven solutions to enhance sales methodologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent
• 5+ years of leadership experience in Higher Education software/SaaS
• Proven track record of building successful sales teams
• Strong knowledge of sales process and methodology, especially territory planning
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies related to software solutions
