Regional EHS Field Safety Coordinator

Stationed in NJ with periodic overnight travel required to MD and NC.

We are looking for a hands-on EHS Field Coordinator to join our team.

This role is for someone who prefers the field over a desk and takes pride in doing things the right way — every time.

What You’ll Do:

• Work across multiple sites performing safety inspections with a home base and primary concerns in Sparta, NJ.
• Identify issues and make sure they are corrected
• Perform thorough Plant Inspections, compliance reporting & program implementations
• Complete clear, accurate documentation (reports, photos, logs)
• Support onboarding and training verification
• Be a constant ambassador of safety
• Be a visible presence in operations

Desirable qualifications:

• OSHA 30 General Industry
• Concrete manufacturing Safety Experience
• Knowledge of OSHA 1910 regulations particularly Lockout Tagout, Pinch point & Guarding, Fall Protection, HAZCOM, PPE, Concrete Safety, Automation & Interlocks
• Training experience
• 3 Years experience in safety industry
