Regional EHS Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Regional EHS Manager to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will oversee regional environmental, health, and safety strategy across a manufacturing footprint, ensuring programs and practices are aligned to global standards. The Regional EHS Manager will partner with site leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen compliance, reduce risk, and elevate safety performance. This position also plays a key role in building EHS capability across teams, supporting audits, and driving measurable improvement in program effectiveness.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,500 – $207,900 annually

Responsibilities

• Build regional and global talent in EHS disciplines
• Implement and drive global EHS programs, policies, and procedures
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of EHS initiatives
• Identify and mitigate internal risks related to health and safety
• Support EHS audits and mentor site resources

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety, or a related field
• 7-10+ years of experience in the EHS field, preferably in global electronic manufacturing
• 5+ years in a leadership, management, or supervisory role
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across organizational boundaries
