We’re looking for a Regional Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager who is driven to protect people, strengthen culture, and make a real, lasting impact across our organization. We are looking for a local candidate in the Carrollton, Texas area.

This is more than a compliance role. It’s an opportunity to lead, influence, and shape the future EHS culture across multiple facilities—partnering with leadership teams, empowering employees, and championing EHS continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do -

• Lead and evolve company‑wide EHS programs across multiple manufacturing locations - Carrollton, Texas, Fort Worth, Texas, Pharr, Texas, Spring Hill, Tennessee, and several other satellite sites.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to site and executive leadership
• Drive injury prevention, risk reduction, and environmental stewardship
• Oversee ISO 14001 and environmental compliance initiatives
• Build strong safety cultures through training, engagement, and accountability
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations

What are we looking for -

• A strategic EHS leader with 5 + years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• A relationship‑builder who can influence at all levels—from the shop floor to senior leadership
• Passionate about safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement
• Experienced in multi‑site EHS programs and ISO 14001 environments
• Confident, hands‑on, and ready to lead positive change
• Bilingual - Spanish required
