Regional Facilities Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will oversee the strategic management of multiple facilities teams, ensuring operations are executed effectively across a regional portfolio. The position will partner closely with client stakeholders to align service delivery with business goals, strengthen asset performance, and support safe, compliant operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of client relationship management, team leadership, and facilities expertise to drive consistent results across properties.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Set vision and lead multiple facilities teams effectively.
• Establish and execute strategic operations in line with client goals.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and develop team training programs.
• Oversee property operations, enhancing client asset value.
• Utilize data for performance improvement insights.
• Manage external contractors for operational support.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of facilities management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven ability to effectively manage teams and operations through others.
• Strong client relationship management skills, with a focus on service delivery.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, contracts, and routine accounting.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently without direct supervision.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
