Regional Finance Manager | 60-70K | E-Commerce

This position combines strong controllership responsibilities with strategic business partnering. You will oversee the work of shared service and local finance teams to ensure the integrity of financial reporting and controls, while partnering with stakeholders to deliver financial insights, influence decision-making, and drive business growth.

Your new role

• Take full ownership of monthly management reporting for assigned business units and legal entities, ensuring financial results are accurate, complete, and supported by meaningful analysis of business performance.
• Perform financial controlling activities, including variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability assessments to drive business performance.
• Lead and oversee the month-end closing process, reviewing reconciliations, accruals, provisions, cut-off activities, and critical accounting estimates prepared by the Shared Service Centre to ensure accuracy and compliance..
• Oversee intercompany accounting and reconciliation activities, ensuring accurate balances, proper cut-off treatment, and alignment across group entities.
• Partner closely with commercial and operational stakeholders, providing financial insights and strategic recommendations to support business decision-making.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accountancy or relevant subjects
• Professionally qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Regional exposure and / MNC experience a definite advantage
• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, controllership, or a related accounting leadership role
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
