Regional Freight Operations Executive [EL]

Regional Process Management

Coordinate with regional operations teams and relevant stakeholders to support consistent execution of freight forwarding and logistics processes.

Develop, document, review, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process flowcharts in accordance with operational and customer requirements.

Review existing workflows and collaborate with the Operations Manager to identify process gaps, improve efficiency, and implement standardized procedures.

Facilitate communication and alignment between internal departments, customers, and external service providers.

Support the implementation of new customer requirements and regional operational changes through process updates, briefings, and training.

Systems and Project Coordination

Liaise with IT teams and relevant business users to communicate system enhancement requirements and support integration initiatives.

Coordinate system testing, UAT activities, test documentation, defect tracking, and follow-up actions for IT projects.

Support the identification and resolution of system-related operational issues in collaboration with IT and operations teams.

Assist with project coordination, stakeholder communication, timeline monitoring, and implementation follow-up.

Support the adoption of system enhancements and process changes across relevant operational teams.

Customer and Operational Support

Serve as a coordination point for customer communications and operational matters, ensuring requests and issues are followed up promptly.

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports and other operational performance updates for customers.

Monitor agreed service performance indicators and support the preparation of improvement plans where required.

Assist with customer-related quotations and other operational requests when necessary.

Maintain professional working relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and regional teams.

Travel overseas when required for regional projects, operational alignment, system implementation, or training.
