Regional Head

Principal Purpose(s):

• The Regional Head is responsible for building strong working relationships, managing sales teams, implementing company policies, and training subordinates to improve their performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Guides subordinates in achieving business goals.
• Oversees the overall performance of the assigned area/team.
• Establishes a course of action to achieve specific goals, including planning and proper allocation of assignments to personnel.
• Manages subordinates effectively and efficiently by assigning duties to the appropriate individuals.
• Conducts training and development programs to enhance subordinates' skills and competencies.
• Identifies problems and their causes, gather relevant information, and develop alternative courses of action for decision-making.
• Evaluates the performance of sales supervisors, coordinators, and salesmen.
• Conducts trade checks and address concerns from the field.

Job Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Business, Economics, or related fields.
• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in account management and sales.
• Strong leadership background.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate with strong decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of ISO, GMP, HACCP, and HALAL standards.
• Willing to do fieldwork.
• Assigned area: Ormoc, Tacloban
