Regional Head Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and oversee sales operations across Maharashtra and Goa, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales managers, ensuring their performance and alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring smooth operations and effective performance management.
• Negotiate distributor agreements and oversee compliance with terms and conditions.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to drive strategic decisions.
• Represent Effingut at industry events and build partnerships to enhance the brand's presence.

• Leadership and team management expertise.
• Extensive knowledge of the AlcoBev market, including distributor networks in Maharashtra and Goa.
