Job Title:Regional Head – Chennai

Salary: Hike on Current CTC (Negotiable based on experience and suitability)

Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering preferred.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Management will be an advantage.

Experience:

• 8–10 years of experience in contracting, product sales, insulation, thermal/acoustic insulation, fire protection, or building insulation.

Job Description:
The company is seeking a dynamic, commercially astute, and technically competent professional with substantial experience in the insulation/contracting industry or allied sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business development and profitable revenue growth.
• Project sales and technical/specification sales.
• Market expansion and new business acquisition.
• Strategic account management and customer relationship development.
• Achieving sales targets and strengthening market presence.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Location: Chennai

Pay: ₹1,543,000.00 - ₹2,440,000.00 per year
