Regional HRBP (Based in Shenzhen)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Regional HRBP to partner with our growing business units across key overseas markets (Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, and Hong Kong). In this role, you will lead end-to-end HR operations, drive regional talent acquisition, ensure local labor compliance, and act as a crucial bridge between local teams and Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnering: Provide full-scope HRBP support for overseas operations across Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, and Hong Kong.
• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management: Drive local recruitment, headcount planning, and end-to-end lifecycle management for both local hires and expatriate staff.
• Compensation, Compliance & Employee Relations: Oversee local payroll processing, attendance, and performance evaluations in strict compliance with local labor laws; mitigate employment compliance risks and bridge cultural differences between headquarters and regional teams.
• HQ Alignment & HR Analytics: Partner with domestic HR HQ to deliver monthly HR analytics, control regional labor costs, build local talent pipelines, and manage overseas HR emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of solid HRBP experience with deep familiarity with HR operations; experience in cross-border logistics, international trade, or overseas manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Regional Expertise: Strong knowledge of labor laws, social security, and tax policies in key target markets (Southeast Asia / East Asia).
• Language Skills: English+ Mandarin fluency is required as a primary working language; proficiency in local languages (Vietnamese, Thai, Korean) is a plus.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, high empathy, strong cross-cultural adaptability, and readiness for occasional overseas travel.

• 海外BP支持： 全面对接并支持海外重点区域（泰国、越南、韩国、香港）的 HRBP 工作，赋能海外业务发展。
• 招聘与编制管理： 承接海外业务团队的人才需求，统筹属地招聘、编制管控，以及外派与本地员工的全生命周期管理。
• 薪酬合规与员工关系： 依据属地劳动法规，协助落地薪酬核算、考勤绩效及员工关系管理，精准防控劳资合规风险，化解中外文化差异。
• 总部对接与梯队建设： 联动国内 HR 总部，定期输出人力数据报表与成本管控分析，搭建属地化人才梯队，妥善处置海外人事突发事件。

任职要求

• 从业背景： 2年以上 HRBP 实战经验，熟悉 HRBP 全流程运作机制；有跨境物流、外贸或海外工厂/制造类行业经验者优先。
• 法规政策： 熟悉东南亚及东亚目标国家/地区的劳动法规、社保及税务政策。
• 语言能力： 中文，　英语精通并可作为日常工作语言；具备小语种（越南语、泰语、韩语等）能力者优先。
• 综合素质： 具备出色的沟通协调与表达能力，富有同理心与跨文化理解力；适应短期海外出差。
