What they need
- Proven Recruitment Expertise : Strong track record in recruiting mid-to-senior level sales, commercial, and technical support professionals, ideally in the aviation, automotive, high-tech manufacturing, or internet/tech sectors.
- HR Experience : 5+ years of HRBP experience, preferably within a multinational or cross-border business environment.
- Language Skills : Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written). Foreign nationals with Chinese proficiency are considered a plus.
- Location & Travel : Based in Kunshan, China, with the flexibility to travel internationally as business needs arise.
- Cultural Adaptability : Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to navigate diverse working styles.
- Preferred Background : Candidates with experience in international HR operations, a strong understanding of global labor markets, and a background in the eVTOL or advanced air mobility industry or internet/tech sectors are highly desirable.
