Regional HRBP

Job Summary

Manage HR activities for the Deoghar region with primary responsibility for bulk hiring and regional HR operations. The role requires strong stakeholder management, recruitment capability, employee coordination and willingness to travel extensively. Approximately 70% of the position will focus on bulk hiring and 30% on HR operations. We are urgently looking for a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team in the MFI / NBFC sector.
