Expose Media handles large-scale Instagram Promotional Reel Campaigns at Regional, National and Global levels.

Our Content Creator & Influencer network covers 14+ Indian languages and supports 1M+, 10M+ and 100M+ view campaigns, along with customized promotional mega campaigns for regional, national and worldwide audiences.

ROLE

The Regional Manager will be responsible for BOTH personal business generation and regional sales leadership.

• Personally generate and close paid advertisement bookings. Lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs). Drive the BDE team toward assigned regional booking targets. Monitor daily leads, follow-ups, conversions and team performance. Submit daily reports. Own regional advertisement booking and revenue targets.

CORE REQUIREMENT

PERSONAL BUSINESS GENERATION + BDE TEAM LEADERSHIP + REGIONAL TARGET ACHIEVEMENT

The candidate must be capable of personally bringing advertisement business AND leading a BDE team to achieve assigned regional targets.

MANDATORY ELIGIBILITY

• MBA in Marketing — MANDATORY. Practical market sales / advertising sales / business development experience — MANDATORY. Proven ability to independently generate and close paid business. Proven BDE / Sales team management and target-achievement experience. Ability to bring paid Instagram Promotional Reel Campaign bookings. Professional communication in Hindi OR English — at least one mandatory. Immediate joining — MANDATORY. Freshers are NOT eligible. Result-oriented candidates only.

PREFERRED

Higher qualifications in Marketing, Sales or Business Management are welcome.

Candidates from reputed management institutions, including IIMs, are preferred.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
