Regional Manager (Business Development)

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for achieving sales targets and marketing goals set by the organization, by initiating and implementing revenue growth plans and strategies in White Collar hirings

Responsible for leveraging in-depth market insight to develop sustainable business strategy and mobilize the organization to execute, it in alignment with Management Team decisions

Ensure profitability by focusing on achieving target deployment, expansion into new geographical areas, and achieving order inflow from new businesses

Responsible for exploring new business opportunities for contract and full time white collar business, including end-to-end business development activities

Responsible for timely follow-up with clients on the outcome of the submitted proposals and reporting the status of reports

Responsible for engaging relevant business partners and local networks to identify and close new business

Responsible for setting and executing client acquisition strategy to generate significant revenue growth

Responsible for developing, initiating and implementing strategies for all BD, sales and marketing activities including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative, in order to develop a sustained and improved business for the organization

Responsible for developing and executing a strong and consistent brand strategy and guidelines for the company and new products, across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material), to deliver customer acquisition and engagement goals
