What they need
About the role
Responsible for all the performances of branches including its employees in a specified area of responsibility. This Regional Manager will handle the NCR North Area.
Key responsibilities
- Manages and oversees the branch operations of assigned area and subordinates to ensure effective completion of their responsibilities
- Establishes work standards, performance measures, goals and objectives
- Assigns deliverables/tasks to subordinates
- Evaluates work performance, tracks and reviews work progress of subordinates
- Provides direction and guidance
- Coaches, counsels and motivates subordinates
- Recommends personnel action/movement
- Interviews with prospective employees for the branch and recommend hiring
- Conducts job orientation and technical training
- Identifies and recommends training program/seminar for staff development
About you
- Preferably with degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing, or other related course
- With at least five (5) years work-related experience in Marketing obtained from a financial institution, two (2) years
