What they need
Oversee all Homecare operations and field activities.
Manage and coach Supervisors/Team Leaders.
Monitor enrollment, productivity, and coverage targets.
Consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Present operational updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate with LGUs, barangays, and community partners.
Support recruitment, training, and expansion initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a college graduate, preferably a graduate of Business, Marketing, Management,
or any related course.
- Leadership experience in operations, sales, healthcare, microfinance, NGO, or
community programs.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Willing to travel.
Must have intermediate to advance knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word,
and PowerPoint)
- Willing to undergo training
