Regional Manager

• Formulate longterm (strategic) business and organizational performance and stages of achievement through a number  of business units managed and understanding the internal and external conditions  of the organization
• Maintain business continuity and growth by strengthening the fundamentals of the restaurant business (restaurant operations, regional portfolio, regional market positioning and strategy)
• Maintain business continuity and growth by strengthening business analysis (financial and non-financial), both for existing and new stores

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor degree from any major, preferably from Master degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a regional management role from restaurant or retail industry
• Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the customer experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
