Job summary

Are you an experienced leader with a strong background in Mobile phone sales, Mobile phone buy now pay later, Sales, Business Development, Operations, or Team Management? We are looking for a Regional Manager to drive business growth, lead teams, manage operations, and achieve performance targets across the Eastern Region.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage regional teams for strong performance.
• Drive sales, business growth, and channel development.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Conduct regular store visits and ensure operational compliance.
• Monitor performance and take corrective actions where necessary.
• Analyze business data and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage business risks and ensure company policies are followed.
• Prepare regular performance reports.\
• Work with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• HND in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Mobile phone sales, Sales, Mobile phone buy now pay later, Business Development, Operations, Supervision, or Team Leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and achieve targets.
• Candidate must be living within the Eastern Region
• Must be willing to travel extensively across the Eastern Region.
