We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded leader to join our team as Regional Manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio of services across the Bay of Plenty, Waikato, and Taranaki regions.

This is a significant leadership opportunity where you'll influence strategic direction, drive operational excellence, build high-performing teams, and strengthen stakeholder relationships across multiple communities. Reporting to the General Manager Regional Performance, you'll play a key role in shaping the success and growth of our business while ensuring exceptional outcomes for our clients and communities.

This role can be based in Bay of Plenty, Waikato, or Taranaki, with regular travel across all three regions required.

About the Role

As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading our people, services, and performance across the region. You'll work closely with clinicians, team leaders, service leads, and key stakeholders to ensure our teams are engaged, our customers receive outstanding service, and our business continues to grow.

Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and people leadership. You'll be a visible and influential leader who can inspire teams, implement change, and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the regional strategic plan across Bay of Plenty, Waikato, and Taranaki
• Deliver regional budgets, productivity targets, and growth objectives
• Build highly engaged, high-performing teams and foster a positive culture
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, referral partners, and stakeholders
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow services and strengthen market presence
• Monitor client satisfaction and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead change initiatives and support the successful implementation of business priorities
• Ensure services are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer care

What We're Looking For

You may currently be a Regional Manager, Operations Manager, Service Manager, General Manager, Clinical Leader, or an experienced healthcare leader looking for your next challenge.

To be successful, you'll bring:

• Proven experience leading large or multi-site teams
• Strong commercial and financial management skills
• Experience delivering operational performance and growth outcomes
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capability
• High levels of resilience, professionalism, and sound judgement
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• A commitment to ethical leadership and outstanding customer outcomes
• Healthcare, allied health, rehabilitation, or professional services leadership experience will be highly regarded
