Centrepoint Alliance is looking for a highly capable Regional Manager to partner with financial advice firms across the Centrepoint network and support their growth, efficiency, profitability and long-term sustainability.
This role is ideal for someone who can combine relationship management, consultative sales and practice development expertise in the financial advice sector.
As Regional Manager, you will provide business-to-business solutions to advice firms, helping them improve EBIT, build scalable and efficient operating models, and maintain strong governance and client outcomes.
You will build strong internal and external relationships, identify growth opportunities, support recruitment activity and contribute to the ongoing success of Centrepoint Alliance’s advice community.
What you'll actually do
- Grow adviser numbers across self-licenced and licenced firms in line with agreed performance indicators.
- Identify, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing advice firms.
- Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities through networking, referrals, events and market engagement.
- Deliver structured business appointments, meetings and client engagement activities.
- Support firms to improve efficiency, profitability, sustainability and scalability.
- Coordinate and promote Centrepoint Alliance services, initiatives and value propositions.
- Track activity, opportunities and correspondence through Salesforce.
You’re right for this if...
- You have strong financial planning industry knowledge and understand how advice practices operate.
- You are confident building relationships with advisers, business owners, referral partners and internal stakeholders.
- You can identify business needs and provide practical, commercially sound solutions.
- You enjoy networking, prospecting and developing new opportunities.
- You are organised, self-directed and comfortable working across a regional portfolio.
- You communicate clearly and can present confidently at senior and business-owner level.
- You take ownership, follow through and work collaboratively to achieve outcomes.
Essential experience
- Proven experience in the financial planning profession demonstrating consultative sales, business development or practice management experience.
- Ability to grow, maintain and leverage professional networks.
- Experience managing leads, opportunities and client engagement activity through a CRM.
- Strong understanding of adviser businesses, licensee services and regulated financial advice environments.
- Effective organisation, time management, communication and presentation skills.
Bonus points for
- Business, commerce or equivalent tertiary qualifications.
- Experience working in or closely with small business advice practices.
- Strong territory management and market knowledge.
- Public speaking, event hosting or presentation experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
- Copilot Studio, Azure AI, UiPath or Automation Anywhere experience.
What we offer
- A relationship-focused role supporting a national community of financial advice professionals.
- The opportunity to influence business growth, adviser engagement and practice development outcomes.
- Collaboration with experienced internal teams across professional standards, practice development and licensee services.
- A role where your market knowledge, relationship skills and commercial judgement can make a meaningful impact.
- The chance to contribute to Centrepoint Alliance’s continued growth and support of quality financial advice.
